To reserve your spot on a guided or self-guided tour:

1) Print our reservation and liability release forms, fill them out, and mail or fax them to the address below, or scan and email them to us.

2) Pay your tour deposit of $500 per person by credit card or check. You can mail a check, fill in your credit card details on the printed reservation form, call us with your credit card details, or use either of the buttons below to pay with credit card or paypal.

After your deposit and reservation form are received, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation and a statement of your remaining balance and due date. Full payment is due 60 days before the start of your tour, and can be paid by check or credit card. You will also receive more detailed information on the trip, a list of suggested clothing and equipment, and directions for joining the tour. Travel Insurance Now that you've signed up for your trip, you will want to consider travel insurance. Although we do not require insurance, to protect your investment in the event you need to cancel your tour, trip cancellation and travel insurance is highly recommended. Every year, 5-10% of our clients end up cancelling for a variety of reasons, and many costs are not recoverable. Please see our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is affordable, and a smart addition to your tour. Travel Guard's Gold plan has worked well for our tour members for years. Compare Travel Guard plans and choose among Basic, Silver, Gold or Platinum coverage. Swiss Care International offers plans for travelers from any country. Buy trip insurance within 15 days of paying your deposit for extra coverages, including the option to buy "cancel for any reason" coverage. Tour Balance Paying Tour Balance: Your tour balance is due 60 days before your tour starts. Use either of the buttons below to charge to your credit card for tour balances, railpasses, or other miscellaneous payments. Change the quantity to reflect the dollar amount you will be paying.
